Refund Eligibility

Before Work Begins

You may request a full refund if:

Advertising Budget Is Non-Refundable

Payments made directly to third-party advertising platforms are not refundable by Ads Pro Ibrahim.

This includes advertising spend on:

Advertising budgets are billed and controlled by the respective platform providers.

No Guarantee of Results

Client Delays

Refunds are not available when project delays are caused by the client, including:

  • Failure to provide requested documents
  • Extended periods of no response

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project before work begins by contacting us in writing.

If work has already started:

  • Payment for completed work remains non-refundable.
  • Any remaining unpaid balance for completed milestones may still be due if stated in the project agreement.
